Some MMA Films to Watch This Summer
MMA has really taken off in the last decade and a slew of great films made about the sport. If you’ve got DIRECT TV movies on demand or a basic cable connection you may be lucky enough to catch one of these classics on a rainy day so keep an eye out
Undisputed II: Last Man Standing: This gory thriller takes you right into the ring where you’re thenkicked in the face. It’s a no-holds-barred look inside the MMA industry and there’s a great side storyline as well. What’s not to love?
The One: Starring the immortal Jet Li, The One is all the things you ever loved about Kung Fu movies and more. It’s got action, suspense and a really great villain and it’s tame enough you can even watch it on a date.
District 13: Any movie starring Vin Diesel has to be good but this one is his best to date. There’s a ton of suspense and we love the good-cop bad-cop storyline is always a winner so if you’re going to start small, start here.
