Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson will be covering the kick made famous by the greats Anderson Silva & Lyoto Machida, the front kick. This technique is a technique not used a lot in the game of MMA but is used heavily in Karate & Muay Thai. If executed properly, this kick can be effective in many different ways.
