In this week's Technique Tuesday, Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson goes over five basic footwork drills to help improve your fight game. As we know, movement is key in any fight sport (MMA, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Karate, etc.). The drills start off basic and become slightly more advanced.
