When an article begins with 'Florida Man...' one may have to wonder the circumstances which led to said report.

'Platinum' Mike Perry almost became the subject of one in a possible obituary.

While training for UFC Ft. Lauderdale, Perry was in the gym filming with ESPN alongside teammate Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza.

In a form of 'bro training,' Perry thought it would be wise to strengthen his neck and improve his choke defence by hanging himself.

Good thing Jacare was there to revive him.
