Just over two years ago Zolani Tete broke the record for the quickest KO in a world title fight when he stopped Siboniso Gonya in just 11 seconds.
They say speed kills and Tete proved that on November 18th 2017 when he killed Gonya's world title hopes with an incredibly quick finish in Belfast.
The WBO bantamweight champion was defending his title and took just seven seconds to put his opponent on the floor with one shot, with the referee officially waving the fight off after just 11 seconds.
Gonya had put himself in the position to fight for the title after winning five fight in a row and as the commentator pointed out Tete was a very avoided fight.
Unfortunately for the South African contender he hadn't fought anyone of note on his way to challenging and so the class divide was shown just seconds into the fight.
